Seeking individual with previous management level experience. Sequim Valley Ranch is a 800 acre ranch located in Sequim Washington. It’s 4 principal operations are prime farmland leasing (400+ Acres Of prime farmland with in place pressurized irrigation system- Due to retirement of primary tenant farmers presently only Eighty of the acres are presently in production);Clean Free energy generation for the ranch and externally to the grid; Commercial fishing operation out of LA Push Washington; Forest management (300 Acres) and harvest. Managerial role includes Acquiring new tenant farmers; Negotiating skills with potential tenant farmers And followup; Obtaining captain for High quality ranch owned fishing boat prior to Next years season; And followup; Keeping wind photovoltaic and biodiesel In place facilities operational; Assuring through in place staff That the 300 acres of prime forest land is managed for growth, resilience to fire and Commercial harvest. Managing senior and junior staff to accomplish the full operation of the principal 4 operations.
