We’re looking for a driven, energetic Manager to lead our location in Los Lunas at Sun Ranch! This role is at the heart of our daily operations—motivating teams, driving performance, and creating outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays organized, and brings a true passion for hospitality and teamwork.

Annual Salary:

$51,480

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front and back of house.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Handle cash management, reports, and basic administrative duties.
• Ensure compliance with New Mexico health, safety, and labor regulations.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience, preferably in the restaurant industry.
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some familiarity with general finance and accounting principles preferred.
