Job description

DC Security is looking for a Program Manager to own and drive Program Fortify and related training/career development initiatives for our global security workforce. You'll design, deliver, and continuously improve blended training programs that build capability across Data Security Managers (DSMs) and field teams spanning AMER, APJC, and EMEA.
This role sits within the Data Center Safety, Security and Enviro team and reports into DC Security's program management organization. You'll work closely with Learning Experience Design (LXD), Training Operations, regional Cluster Security Managers (CSMs), and field contributors to scale training that is measurably effective.
Key job responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of the Fortify Training Program, including curriculum roadmap, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Drive the design and deployment of multi-modal training content (instructor-led, micro-learning, video, gamified modules, interactive simulations) via the LEARN platform.
Manage the Fortify Academy cohort cycle: enrollment coordination, facilitation logistics, graduation criteria, and post-Academy effectiveness measurement (knowledge gain, application of content, satisfaction scores).
Own measurement and reporting: define KPIs (e.g., knowledge gain percentages, satisfaction targets, post-training application rates), build dashboards, and deliver QBR/MBR-level program updates.
Maintain and evolve the FORGE Knowledge Hub Wiki as the single source of operational documentation across security domains.
Coordinate a global contributor base across multiple regions, growing content coverage and ensuring consistency.
Own the People Manager Training framework: content development, regional adaptation, and delivery tracking.
Identify and implement AI-assisted development opportunities (Amazon Quick, Kiro, Amazon Nova) to improve content creation velocity and quality.
Partner cross-functionally with LXD, Ops Excellence, and regional CSM leadership to align training priorities with operational gaps and org priorities.
