Global Program Management Director - JLL

What this job involves: Reporting into the Global Account Executive the Global Program Management Office (PMO) Director is responsible for the accounts Global PMO and nine critical workstreams managed through regional teams. The position oversees global implementation and evolution of the following key workstreams: change management, communications, governance, performance management, business intelligence, communications, training, technology and transition. This key position will lead the Global PMO to success by setting the standards of global delivery by driving standardization and best practice including implementation of the JLL/Life Sciences platform policies, procedures and account developed programs in these key workstreams. Emphasis should be on securing trusted advisor status with the clients (two in a box) both regionally, globally and with the internal JLL teams. Ultimately this function will improve the overall client experience through the continued transformation activity the PMO will design and implement through the workstreams.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Build strong relationships with all parties, JLL and client regional teams to facilitate successful on time transitions with early identification of issues potential impacts to the overall program, with the corresponding development of mitigation plans
  • Clear and timely communication to key stakeholders and to the broader global team audience to successfully drive the value proposition and manage expectations and drive change
  • Resource management including matrix management with other platforms in regions e.g., BI/Performance Management/Training
  • Alignment of deliverables & workstream requirements in nine workstreams
  • Exceptional knowledge of client business units, programs and ability to partner with executive leadership
  • Enable a positive partnership globally as we deliver a world class model to the client.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and articulate PMO strategic plan which is updated regularly and supported by the key stakeholders
  • Communication: Ability to communicate with Executive leadership and project team members. Concise, clear messaging that identifies the key messages, and drives decisions and commitment
  • Integration: Bringing together teams from different regions, with different objectives and perspectives to work together and achieve one key goal of the accounts Global Vision and program elements
  • Change Leader: Adjusting the program in a proactive manner to reflect the new requirements, and getting all team members to support the change
  • People Leadership: Create a single vision for the PMO and provide the team with the appropriate mix of empowerment and direction to affect a culture of trust, excellence and teamwork.
  • Development of a Change Management programs for communication to large audience of associates affected by program implementation
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in CRE/IFM
  • Experience in GMP / GXP/regulated space
  • Exceptional client Relationship Management skills
  • Experience managing teams/matrix team responsible for delivery of complex projects
  • Demonstrated Leadership and proven experience in staff development and team building
  • Executive communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively identify and mitigate project risks before they impact service delivery to the client
  • Strong ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver a comprehensive solution for our clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Change Management qualification Prosci/La Marsh or related

Location: Remote + Travel

Estimated compensation for this position:

180,000.00 - 220,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
