  • Establish and maintain global operating standards, processes, and governance frameworks
  • Orchestrate delivery across a hub-and-spoke model, anchored in Columbus, OH with regional leadership in North America and EMEA
  • Serve as the central leader aligning service delivery, account management, and operations functions under a unified strategy

Client Partnership & Executive Engagement

  • Act as the primary executive partner to stakeholders, with a strong relationship to the Global Chief Procurement Officer (CPO)
  • Lead all Executive Business Reviews (QBRs), strategic planning sessions, and long-term roadmap discussions

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders across procurement, HR, finance, and business units

Financial & Commercial Ownership

  • Support the program’s P&L, including revenue performance, margin optimization, and cost management
  • Identify and drive opportunities for program expansion, value creation, and commercial growth
  • Ensure financial discipline across all aspects of delivery, including vendor management, workforce utilization, and operational efficiency

Operational Excellence & Delivery Oversight

  • Oversee day-to-day delivery of MSP, EOR, and AOR services, ensuring alignment with SLAs, compliance standards, and client expectations
  • Drive operational consistency across regions while allowing for market-specific nuances
  • Lead resolution of complex escalations related to payroll, worker classification, compliance, and program performance
  • Ensure high-quality reporting and insights to support client decision-making

Global Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a global team (17+) across service delivery, account management, and operations
  • Partner with regional leads (North America, EMEA) to ensure alignment, accountability, and performance
  • Build a strong, collaborative team culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and client success
  • Oversee organizational design and resource planning to support program growth

Transformation, Innovation & Expansion

  • Support and execute the global program roadmap, including new capability launches and market expansion
  • Lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and service models
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and technology enhancements
  • Drive expansion into new regions and capabilities in alignment with client strategy

Compliance, Risk & Governance

  • Serve as operational compliance lead, ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws, classification standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain strong governance across payroll, onboarding, classification, and vendor engagement processes
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to proactively identify and mitigate risks
