  • Lead the development and delivery of executive and board-level presentations, including financial reviews and strategic updates
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance organization, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Drive process transformation and systems optimization, leveraging data and tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency
  • Lead and execute strategic initiatives and special projects, including new business ventures, partnerships, and organizational priorities
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
  • 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior executive roles within media, entertainment, or a related industry
  • Proven track record as a CFO or divisional finance leader with full P&L responsibility
  • Deep expertise in content economics, television production, and distribution finance
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive strategic decision-making in a complex, matrixed organization
