Responsibilities:

The Contractor - Senior Game Producer will work on specific projects to lead complex game development from planning to delivery, ensuring projects meet quality, scope, and schedule goals. This person will align internal teams and external partners, manage schedules and risks, and lead cross-disciplinary workflows.

  • Facilitate production planning and manage milestone execution for assigned projects across development teams.
  • Maintain project schedules and delivery plans, actively tracking changes, risks, and dependencies while ensuring accurate project budgets on assigned projects.
  • Serve as one of the primary points of contact for external partners, ensuring clear communication throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Ensure alignment on project scope, quality, and timeline by collaborating effectively with internal publishing stakeholders and external partners.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership regarding project status, roadblocks, and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions on assigned projects.
  • Align junior producers on projects and support departmental production standards and workflows on assigned projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of experience in game development production
  • Proven track record of managing full production pipelines from pre-production through launch
  • Experience shipping at least three titles in a production leadership role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with demonstrated ability to drive large, complex projects
  • Skilled in risk management, milestone planning, and multi-team coordination
  • Experience working with Agile, hybrid, or other game development methodologies
  • Demonstrates a high standard of quality and accountability
