Overview
The Account Representative supports customer relationships and game development initiatives from concept through launch. Working closely with customers and internal teams, this role helps translate customer needs into actionable plans, coordinates project activities, and contributes to the success of Brightstar Lottery’s instant ticket and Fast Play product portfolio. This position plays a key role in delivering a positive, end‑to‑end customer experience through collaboration, organization, and problem‑solving. This is a full‑time, on‑site role with standard business hours to support close collaboration with customers and internal partners.
What You'll Do

Customer Partnership & Account Support

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in customer meetings and cross‑functional discussions to support game development and issue resolution
  • Support account planning activities in partnership with Account Executives and Game Planners
  • Help identify customer needs and opportunities through collaboration with analytics and category review teams

Project & Game Development

  • Coordinate game development activities from concept through launch, including timelines and deliverables
  • Develop project schedules based on customer requirements and partner with internal teams to meet delivery commitments
  • Review game mechanics, prize structures, and playability, offering recommendations as appropriate
  • Monitor games through printing and packaging to ensure alignment with customer specifications

Collaboration & Process Support

  • Share knowledge and best practices to support consistency and team learning within Account Services
  • Assist with onboarding new customers by gathering and documenting requirements
  • Support cross‑functional projects and continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to the ongoing use, maintenance, and improvement of systems such as WebCenter and GMS

 Travel

  • Occasional travel within the assigned territory, including overnight stays, to support customer meetings and planning sessions
What You'll Bring
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Printing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, account management, or a related role supporting external stakeholders
  • Experience working in printing, lottery, manufacturing, or a related industry environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in a collaborative setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe AcrobatClear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently while contributing as a team partner

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $40,887 - $115,000 . The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
