The Brand | Creative | Events Team at Klaviyo is looking for our next amazing team member and if your events to date have been eventful for all the right reasons, we should talk.

We're seeking an experienced Sr. Events Coordinator to drive the strategic planning and flawless execution of Klaviyo's experiences at third-party events, including Shoptalk Spring, eTail West and NRF, while supporting the planning and execution of our annual flagship user conference, K:Boston, too.

Reporting to the Director of Event Marketing, you'll develop and implement comprehensive tradeshow strategies that build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and deepen engagement within the Klaviyo community. 

In this role, you'll be the connective tissue behind Klaviyo's presence at premier industry events, where innovation meets artistry. This isn't just about running a booth. You'll partner cross-functionally to deliver a

How you'll make a difference:

  • Drive the end-to-end planning and execution of strategic tradeshows and industry events, from booth design and vendor coordination to on-site logistics and post-event follow-up
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer success, product marketing, and partners to ensure events support broader go-to-market goals
  • Own event timelines, budgets, and logistics with a high degree of precision and attention to detail
  • Develop and execute clear pre- and post-event plans including promotional strategy, lead capture, and follow-up execution
  • Analyze event performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to keep our event experiences fresh, innovative, and engaging
  • Make a significant impact on our growth while working with a dynamic team that values creativity, results, and professional development.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of hands-on event management experience, ideally at a fast-paced B2B SaaS or tech company
  • Exceptional communicator with strong verbal and written skills, comfortable presenting to senior leaders and engaging with customers
  • Natural collaborator who builds strong relationships across teams-colleagues genuinely enjoy working with you
  • Self-motivated project manager who confidently juggles multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative but knows when to escalate challenges early
  • Thrives under pressure and maintains professionalism during high-stakes, high-visibility events
  • Tech-savvy with AI tool proficiency, Salesforce, event platforms (Splash, Swoogo), and adaptability and proactivity to learn new tools quickly
