You will also support strategic partner marketing, vertical-specific programs, events, and other growth initiatives designed to expand Boostability’s reach and create new business opportunities.

Tasks May Include:

·   Develop and execute integrated go-to-market, demand generation, and growth marketing campaigns across email, paid media, web, content, events, and other channels

·   Own campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and audience definition through launch, optimization, measurement, and pipeline contribution

·   Develop campaign briefs outlining target audiences, messaging, offers, channel strategy, sales alignment, and success metrics

·   Identify opportunities to improve lead volume, lead quality, conversion rates, account engagement, and pipeline contribution

·   Develop segmented campaigns based on persona, industry, account tier, buying stage, and engagement activity

·   Identify account and buyer signals and translate them into actionable marketing and sales opportunities

·   Develop and coordinate co-marketing campaigns, co-branded assets, webinars, events, and lead generation programs with strategic partners

·   Support Sales and Business Development with prospecting campaigns, lead nurturing, opportunity progression, and sales enablement materials

·   Coordinate deliverables across shared services teams including web, creative, content, marketing operations, and paid media

·   Sequence, prioritize, and track work across multiple concurrent campaigns and initiatives to ensure timely execution

·   Support event and field marketing initiatives, including pre-event, during-event, and post-event campaigns designed to maximize engagement and pipeline opportunities

·   Lead or facilitate regular Marketing, Sales, and Business Development alignment meetings to review campaign performance, pipeline, priorities, and upcoming initiatives

·   Monitor and manage key performance metrics including MQL volume, qualified pipeline, conversion rates, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, account engagement, campaign/channel performance, and ROI
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide Marketing, Sales, and leadership with visibility into campaign performance and pipeline contribution

·   Provide regular reporting on results, risks, insights, and recommended adjustments

·   Continuously test and optimize audiences, messaging, channels, offers, and campaign tactics based on performance data

·   Ensure consistency across marketing and sales messaging, positioning, and materials

·   Collaborate effectively within a shared-services, matrixed environment

·   Stay current on trends and best practices in growth marketing, ABM, demand generation, analytics, attribution, and campaign optimization

Requirements

·   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

·   5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience

·   2+ years of direct experience in growth marketing, demand generation, ABM, or go-to-market campaign execution

·   Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns

·   Hands-on experience with ABM strategies, including account targeting, audience segmentation, campaign development, sales alignment, and performance measurement

·   Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, lead management, buyer journeys, funnel conversion, and pipeline development

·   Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and third-party tracking and analytics platforms

·   Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems
