JOB FUNCTION
Oversees all aspects of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment and Wave soldering machines and processes, including maintenance, repair, optimization, and continuous improvement.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define and document operation and preventive maintenance procedures for SMT and wave machines.
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of SMT equipment, as well as assisting with asset management.
  • Perform preventive maintenance for SMT machines.
  • Create and maintained machine spare parts.
  • Provide training to technician and operator on SMT machines.
  • Design and implement new tools to help improve quality and productivity.
  • Provide engineering support to production lines.
  • Coordinate facilities work with the division.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or the equivalent job experience.
  • EXPERIENCE:Minimum 5 years SMT manufacturing experience.
  • SKILLS: Has academic functional skills needed to perform assigned tasks. Computer literate. Strong communication skill. Lead teams, ensure compliance with standards, and drive efficiency in SMT production.
