Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00 Per Hour
Job Summary:
This role is for a Senior Equipment Engineer to provide critical on-site support for manufacturing operations in a pilot plant. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of various process equipment through troubleshooting, maintenance coordination, and data-driven improvements. This position involves partnering with operations and other functions to guide technical decisions and enhance system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for process equipment.
  • Lead root cause analysis for equipment issues.
  • Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies.
  • Manage asset maintenance and history using a CMMS.
  • Analyze system data to inform decision-making.
