Job description

The DHA supports clinical care, education and training, logistics, research, information systems, and enterprise management for operating forces conducting military operations.

Gritter Francona is looking for a Senior Policy Analyst to support a new, potential project. This Policy Analyst will support a potential project that manages a process for determining a service member's fitness for duty and eligibility for separation or retirement due to disability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • PMP OR Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified
  • At least 5 years' experience overseeing large groups of staff/personnel
  • Prior experience maintaining quality assurance and initiating policy planning
  • Knowledge of activities associated with DoD disability evaluations highly preferred
  • Experience with implementing DoD/VA policies and federal regulations highly preferred
