  • Manage overall pickup operations and ensure SLA compliance across service regions
  • Monitor and improve customer pickup timeliness and operational performance
  • Oversee driver dispatch operations and optimize daily routing efficiency
  • Coordinate pickup operations for key accounts and large-volume customers
  • Investigate and resolve pickup-related operational exceptions and service failures
  • Analyze pickup operational costs and implement cost control initiatives
  • Optimize pickup routes and dispatch planning to improve efficiency and service levels
  • Monitor pickup KPIs, including on-time pickup rate, route utilization, service quality, and operational productivity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams
  • Develop operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives to support scalable growth
  • Support peak season pickup capacity planning and operational contingency management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics operations, transportation coordination, dispatch management, or pickup operations
  • Strong understanding of logistics routing, dispatch processes, and customer service operations
  • Experience managing operational KPIs and process improvement initiatives
