Job description

The Ambulance Dispatch Supervisor oversees daily operations of the EMS dispatch center, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely coordination of emergency and non-emergency medical transport services. This role supervises dispatch personnel, maintains compliance with protocols, and supports high-quality patient care through effective communication and leadership.
PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE AMBULANCE, 911 DISPATCH OR EMT EXPERIENCE.
12 hour shifts with OT after 8-hours, and paid lunch.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support dispatch staff during assigned shifts
  • Monitor call handling, dispatch accuracy, and response times
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal EMS regulations
  • Coordinate ambulance deployment and resource allocation
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for dispatchers
  • Handle escalated calls and critical incidents as needed
  • Maintain dispatch logs, reports, and quality assurance records
  • Collaborate with EMS crews, hospitals, and public safety agencies
