Job Description
  • Assist with front-desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
  • Provide clerical support and assist graduate student workers and the coordinator with tasks such as copying, scanning, and data entry
  • Assist with scheduling student appointments and maintaining compliance and confidentiality
  • Assist with event planning, setup, and coordination for departmental/university activities
  • Support coordinator and graduate student assistants with special projects and research/investigative tasks
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a currently enrolled undergraduate student and registered for classes
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
