Savannah Friedkin Jewelry now enters a pivotal scaling phase, evolving from a promising creative studio into a globally recognized brand.
The company is seeking a Senior Director, Content & Brand Marketing reporting directly into the CEO to inspire, lead, and execute best-in-class content and campaigns that express the voice of the brand across multiple touch points. This role is integral in the leadership of the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with brand purpose and international growth goals. The Senior Director, Content & Brand Marketing will own high-impact campaign planning, encompassing brand architecture, global positioning, and global consumer segmentation.
As a Sr Director, Content & Brand for Savannah Friedkin Jewelry you will:
  • Articulate compelling narratives and create visual expressions that resonate with customers and drive a passion for the brand.
  • Concept creative ideas for launches, ads, and campaigns, supporting key business objectives.
  • Develop campaigns that build brand equity, not just support product launches or short-term goals.
  • Translate brand vision, positioning and business priorities into clear campaign strategies and inspiring creative briefs.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for product campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
  • Own 360 planning of how product will be amplified or launched and promoted in the market from concept development to execution.
  • Partner closely with Creative Director to translate brand strategy into execution.
  • Develop content across all customer facing channels including paid advertising, social, website, CRM (email, etc.) that resonate with target audiences, reinforcing brand identity and values.
  • Ensure best-in-class product storytelling, content quality, and cohesive look and feel aligned with brand image.
  • Identify growth opportunities, target segments and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with external partners, agencies, or freelancers to expand SFJ's reach in the market.
  • Lead the planning and execution of direct mail program.
  • Drive the creation of commercial tools and initiatives: from seasonal activations, events, and GWPS, ensuring they deliver ROI and support key milestones.
  • Lead execution of content across photo, video, and performance marketing.
  • Manage the creative process internally to bring the hero campaign to life across all touchpoints including website, paid advertising, and email.
  • Evaluate retouching, design, and final asset quality.
  • Guide content producers and freelancers.
  • Support photoshoots with planning with strict management of the content budget.
  • Implement metrics and KPIs to measure success of go-to-market initiatives.
  • Track performance and insights from campaigns (measuring incremental lift in traffic and conversion), and identify optimizations during and for future campaigns.
  • Report on campaign performance and cost efficiency to refine future planning.

What We Need From You
