Job description

Job Summary:
CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI™, delivering a platform that enables innovators to build and scale AI with confidence. The Director of Developer Relations will build and engage a technical community around CoreWeave's SaaS offerings, acting as a bridge between developers and internal teams while driving awareness and adoption among AI engineers and researchers.
Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the developer relations strategy to drive awareness and adoption of CoreWeave’s SaaS offerings among AI engineers, researchers, and developers.
• Act as a hands-on technical advocate, producing high-impact content including onboarding guides, tutorials, demos, reference architectures, blog posts, and code samples that accelerate time-to-first-value.
• Own and continuously improve the developer onboarding experience, identifying friction in documentation, APIs, SDKs, and workflows, and partnering with product and engineering to streamline adoption.
• Build and engage the developer community through events, workshops, hackathons, online forums, and ecosystem partnerships, serving as a credible voice in the AI community.
• Establish a strong feedback loop and measure impact, synthesizing community insights for internal teams and tracking metrics such as onboarding conversion, product adoption, engagement, and retention.
Qualifications:
Required:

Preferred:
• 10+ years of experience
• Strong analytical skills to report on success of developer programs
• Self-driven and proactive to find ways to improve processes and collaborate with team members
• Experience leading a team of developer advocates and evangelists
• Deep domain expertise in AI/ML platforms and tooling, with the technical credibility to engage senior engineers and researchers.
• Proven track record of building, scaling, and activating developer communities, driving measurable growth in adoption, engagement, and ecosystem expansion.
• Exceptional technical storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex AI concepts into clear, differentiated narratives that resonate with developers.
• Experienced public-facing leader and industry voice, comfortable representing the company at conferences, webinars, executive briefings, and high-profile community events.
