Job description

We are seeking a Senior Developer Relations Manager to join our team. You'll build establishing relationships across developer communities focused on cloud platforms, retail environments, and logistics networks, working directly with software solution providers, developers, and industry professionals. You'll encourage adoption of NVIDIA's AI and computing platforms and help partners solve complex, real-world challenge. You bring extensive technical knowledge and a passion for developer advocacy, and you love communicating how technology builds real imp act.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and maintain advanced technical proficiency in Cloud, Retail, and Logistics. You'll serve as the trusted technical advisor for Cloud Service Provider developer ecosystems, working with multi-functional partners to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies.

  • Accelerate critical workloads by demonstrating and integrating the NVIDIA software stack (tools, libraries, SDKs, NIMs, and blueprints) into partner products, platforms, and pipelines.

  • Guide partners through onboarding and integration by providing technical resources-such as sample code, guides, and demo pipelines-to accelerate adoption of our cloud platform and foster co-innovation of next-generation solutions.

  • Map and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, collaborating with engineering, product management, and marketing to inform roadmaps and optimize partner adoption strategies.

  • Engage partner technical leaders to drive best-practice integrations and resolve technical challenges. You'll use regular syncs to track adoption, surface new workflows, and provide field feedback to teams developing NVIDIA solutions.

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 12+ years demonstrated ability in the technology industry across software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management.

  • 5+ years of direct experience with cloud platform developer ecosystems, large-scale distributed systems, or AI/ML infrastructure - with direct work alongside hyperscaler developer communities (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), enterprise GenAI application development, or MLOps and model deployment at scale.

  • Experience leading and growing developer programs at major technology companies, including Amazon/AWS-ecosystem ISVs and solution providers building on EC2 GPU instances, SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, or Amazon Robotics.

  • Technical depth in AWS cloud infrastructure and Amazon developer tooling, including GenAI model deployment, robotics simulation and autonomy stacks, high-performance cloud computing, AI/ML training and inference, and Amazon-native frameworks such as SageMaker, Bedrock, and EMR, with contributions to product integrations and software libraries.

  • Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops.

  • Ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate across sales, legal, product, and marketing teams.

  • Skilled at distilling complex technical concepts for audiences ranging from engineers to executives, with end-to-end experience defining, integrating, building, and jointly marketing solutions with strategic ISV partners.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • Hands-on experience building or optimizing vertical-specific solutions, such as GenAI inference pipelines on EC2 P5/G6 instances, robotics simulation, NVIDIA NIM microservices integrated with Amazon Bedrock, or large-scale ML training on EKS with GPU-optimized node groups.

  • Familiarity with advanced computing, AI, or GPU acceleration platforms, including CUDA, TensorRT LLM, Dynamo, Triton Inference Server, NeMo, Isaac Sim, cuDNN, RAPIDS, and NVIDIA NIM microservices.

  • Track record of building and scaling developer communities and delivering high-impact technical enablement programs.

  • Experience building frameworks to capture developer sentiment and market shifts, translating ecosystem dynamics into actionable product intelligence. You'll focus on tracking GenAI, MLOps, and robotics adoption trends across Amazon's developer communities, feeding insights to NVIDIA product and engineering teams to align roadmaps with AWS platform priorities.

  • Active participation in Amazon developer community events - including AWS re:Invent, AWS re:Mars, or Amazon internal tech summits - through technical workshops, hackathons, or open-source contributions.
