Position Overview
Digital Dynamics Inc. (DDI) is seeking a seasoned Full-Cycle Contract Recruiter to support ongoing hiring across technical and business functions. This role partners closely with HR and hiring leaders to attract, engage, and close high-quality talent in a fast-paced technology environment.
This is ideal for a senior recruiter who thrives on sourcing, pipeline building, and consultative partnership with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
  • Lead intake meetings to define role requirements and success profiles
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles
  • Proactively source via LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and job boards
  • Conduct recruiter screens and candidate assessments
  • Manage active pipelines and candidate communications
  • Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through process
  • Support offer stage coordination and closing efforts
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and reporting
  • Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience
Qualifications
  • 8–10+ years recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house)
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and closing technical talent
  • Strong candidate assessment and screening capability
  • Comfortable partnering with senior leaders and executives
  • Highly organized, responsive, and self-directed
  • Semiconductor, hardware, or tech recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • ATS proficiency required
Engagement Details
  • Full-time contract (approx. 40 hrs/week)
  • Hybrid schedule (mix of remote and onsite collaboration)
  • Initial 3–6 month engagement with potential extension
