Responsibilities

  • Create strategic marketing assets for projects including, but not limited to, advertising campaigns, print collateral, outdoor media, direct mail, digital marketing (email, web banners, digital experiences, social assets, etc.), tradeshow/event displays, event presentations, video content and more
  • Design and help lead overall theme development for marketing campaigns
  • Act as a mentor to other graphic designers, giving clear direction, guidance and feedback when necessary
  • Will help evaluate work from other graphic designers to ensure consistency, craftsmanship and brand standards
  • Work directly with the Creative Lead to develop and execute campaign deliverables
  • Ability to lead brainstorms, concept, collaborate, comp and present creative
  • Will present concepts, proofs and final art to the Creative Lead for final approval
  • Must be able to lead a project from conception to completion
  • Detail-oriented and highly developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • High understanding of typography, color and layout
  • Must be a team player and maintain a service-oriented attitude
  • Oversee and approve print production/press checks when necessary
  • Assist in set construction, lighting and art direction for photo shoots, video shoots and marketing/sales related events and campaigns when needed
  • Collaborate and brainstorm with other creative and marketing team members
  • Perform other related duties as may be required by the Creative Lead and Marketing Operations Lead

Job Requirements
