Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Entry-Level Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. This position is perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to launch their career in graphic design. As part of the marketing department, you will play a key role in supporting the visual communication needs of our architectural and engineering company by creating compelling designs for both print and digital media.
Location: South Bend, IN or Fort Wayne, IN
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop graphics and layouts for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, proposals, and presentations.
  • Assist in designing visual content for digital platforms, including social media graphics, website banners, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Create and update design templates (e.g., resumes, project cutsheets, proposals) to maintain brand consistency.
  • Support the production of marketing collateral, ensuring files are print-ready and meet vendor specifications.
  • Edit and enhance images, renderings, and graphics provided by architects and engineers.
  • Assist with layout design for large-scale projects, such as proposal books, environmental service booklets, and presentations.
  • Help maintain and organize a digital asset library, including stock photos, icons, and design files.
  • Implement feedback from various stakeholders to refine designs.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the marketing team.

Qualifications:
