Overview
Tatitlek provides Information Technology Operations and Maintenance Support (ITO&MS) for the BEP Chief Information Officer (CIO) Directorate's Office of Information Technology Operations (OITO) in support of BEP's printing services mission. These services are provided 24/7.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on data interpretation and performance measurement.

What Success Looks Like in This Role
  • Leadership receives clear, actionable insights - not just data.
  • KPIs are defined, standardized, and consistently reported.
  • Decision-making improves through better visibility into performance trends and risks.
  • Reporting becomes proactive rather than reactive.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or decision support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience working in a government or IT operations environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and reporting best practices.
