  • Confidence in rewriting text sensitively without altering the meaning.
  • Resolving and raising queries directly with the authors, including inconsistencies or when writing is unclear.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, bond/equity markets, the credit ratings industry, and financial terminology is desirable, but prior employment in other highly regulated industries is acceptable.
  • Experience with publishing platforms or Content Management Systems (e.g., EidosMedia Méthode).
  • Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
  • Familiarity and working knowledge of AI tools in an editorial/production capacity.
  • Possess strong verbal and communication skills, and the ability to communicate with analysts and colleagues at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently and with team members in a collaborative environment.
  • Flexibility in working outside of regular hours (9:00 am - 6:00 pm) if needed.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, data insights, and general productivity is a plus.
