Community Association Manager - HOAMCO (Scottsdale, AZ)

HOAMCO A great place to work! We are excited to be one the industry leaders in HOA management. HOAMCO is looking for a talented HOA Manager for Scottsdale, AZ. A Community Association Manager is responsible for providing the overall supervision of a community association. This manager will interact with internal and external customers including homeowners, vendors, Board Members, committee members, as well as staff.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of HOA/COA Community Management or other Property Management industry experience preferred.
  • Professional, Dependable
  • Excellent customer service skills to build quality relationships with Board and Homeowners

Job Duties:

Manage community according to governing docs, management agreement and contracts.

Proactive, clear communication with BOD, vendors, and internal team.

Financial acumen and competency preparing budgets (will train, dont let this intimidate you), timely payments, and monthly financials.

Follow internal processes for timely and accurate completion.

Attend and conduct meetings in person or virtually.

Regular property visits for inspections, meetings, and project oversight.

Perform administrative duties as needed.

Stay current with best industry practices, as well as all current applicable laws and educate boards on same
