A full-service management company is seeking an experienced and polished Community Association Manager to oversee a luxury residential property in Sunny Isles Beach, Fl..
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes health benefits and paid vacation. The role also requires attendance at occasional evening Board meetings and participation in an on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
Position Overview
The Community Association Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a luxury residential property, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and strong financial performance. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high expectations from management, residents, and Board members.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a luxury residential property
- Serve as the primary liaison between the management company, Board of Directors, and residents
- Ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations in accordance with company policies and Board direction
- Develop and manage the property’s annual budget and financial objectives
- Provide monthly financial and operational reports to the Board
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-control strategies
- Conduct regular property inspections and produce detailed reports
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, capital projects, and vendor services
- Maintain high standards of property appearance, functionality, and service delivery
- Respond to emergencies and participate in an on-call schedule as needed
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local and state regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Board members, residents, and vendors
Qualifications
- Required: Minimum of 3Â years of community association management experience
- Ability to attend evening Board meetings as needed
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong financial knowledge, including budgeting and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Professional demeanor with a strong customer service focus
- Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, irrigation, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferredÂ
- Only candidates with a minimum of 2 years of community association management experience will be considered.
