Job description

Community Association Management Professionals (CAMP) is recruiting for an experienced Virginia Portfolio Manager. The portfolio will include HOA's and condominiums, including a developing, age-restricted community. To ensure the success of our team members and the company, CAMP assigns managers a maximum of five communities. The ideal candidate will provide high-level service to our customers and wish to be part of the team in our fast-growing company. Sound business judgment, leadership and strong written/verbal communication skills, and financial and physical plant management experience are required for this position. Prior experience must include budgeting, financial analysis, contract management and staff supervision. A PCAM and/or CMCA designation is a plus, but not a requirement.
