Role Overview The Communications & Change Management Lead – Strategic Supplier Program will design and execute the organizational change and communication strategy supporting a large-scale supplier sourcing transformation. This role bridges technical program delivery with organizational adoption, driving stakeholder buy-in and a seamless transition for internal teams and third-party suppliers alike. The position offers the opportunity to shape executive-level communication strategy while ensuring the transformation’s strategic value is fully realized. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to support program milestones. Co-lead change management initiatives to facilitate adoption of new labor sourcing processes. Partner with program leadership to align delivery milestones with strategic messaging. Manage stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in. Provide strategic guidance on change management best practices to ensure program success. Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of communication and change efforts. Facilitate workshops and feedback loops to address organizational pain points. Deliver executive-level presentations to maintain transparency and alignment. Required Qualifications 10+ years of professional experience in communications, change management, or related fields. Demonstrated expertise in program delivery and managing complex, large-scale initiatives. Proven ability to operate effectively at a Manager or Senior Manager level. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Proven ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience within a large global technology organization or similar enterprise environment.
