WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a professional and dynamic Sr. Human Resource Business Partner to support our Princeton, NJ location. The Human Resource Business Partner will be responsible for aligning business objectives with senior management, providing tactical and strategic guidance to create a positive employee experience aligned with the company values and contribute to the business success. The position formulates partnerships with the Region Operations and COEs Global COEs to develop and deliver value-added solutions to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
The role partners with local management to implement the global and region programs and initiatives. The position has an integral role in supporting talent acquisition strategies, employee relations consulting and counseling, policy interpretation and application, as well as performance and talent management consultation.
The Sr.HRBP supports the Commercial teams, approximately 150 employees for the United States. The commercial organization is comprised of field-based Sales, Marketing, Medical, Technical & Support functions, located in both the headquarter office in Princeton, NJ, and field employees across 26 states. The commercial Sr. HRBP should ensure that all HR practices are carried out in accordance with company policy, state, and federal law.
YOUR ROLE
Business Organization enhancement:
  • Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client and shares the responsibility for goals defined by business.
  • Actively identifies process and policy gaps and collaborates with HR colleagues to solution and implement changes necessary to address risk and drive operating efficiency.
  • Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes
  • Executes the HR Strategy across the employee lifecycle

HR Operations efficiency delivery:
  • Supports the delivery of HR Processes across the employee lifecycle (on-boarding, HRIS data management, reporting, annual performance and compensation review, interviewing, exits etc.) at the client's side.
  • Implements organizational changes through the design of the strategic workforce planning
  • Works with all levels of employees across the organization to resolve HR related inquiries across a wide range of topics including policy questions, career development, compliance, payroll, data, and employment verification.
  • Partners with external vendors compliance reporting, outside counsel etc. to drive compliance and business outcomes.

People Development:
  • Proactively improve the business organization by driving the hiring, development, succession plan, and performance processes for the commercial organization
  • Coach people managers through all phases of the employee performance management process.
  • Support the recruitment, selection process, offer, and on-boarding process
  • Act performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
  • Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions.
  • Lead HR Specialist

Culture & Values:
  • As a culture ambassador, drive the Guerbet culture and values aligned with D&I, Engagement, Compliance etc. to ensure business is socially & economically responsible.
  • Be the main HR advisor to the business to maintain business continuity

Others:
  • Leads all phases of employee investigations
  • Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally, regionally, and globally.
  • Take part in Ad hoc projects and bring a HR expertise (ex: M&A)

YOUR BACKGROUND
  • BA/BS focus on HR Management preferred
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist/HR Partner role
  • Solid knowledge and experience with core HR responsibilities including employee development, engagement activities, competitive compensation practices, workplace investigations, employee relations cases, and onboarding
  • Multi-state experience preferred
  • Experience working with ADP Workforce Now, Success Factors, Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in leading/managing
  • Travel may be necessary up to 20% of time (international included)
