Position Overview:

Neuberger Wealth is Neuberger's direct-to-client wealth and investment management business. Managing $80b+ in client assets across 40+ seasoned wealth and investment teams, with access to a deep breadth of customized investment solutions, the platform is truly unique in the industry.

The Client Associate/Senior Client Associate provides dedicated operational and administrative support to a specialized, globally focused Wealth Advisor team. This role isheavily oriented toward private equity operations, document management, and international client coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-friendly, and comfortable working with moderate schedule flexibility to accommodate clients and colleagues across multiple time zones.We are seeking a seasoned professional with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills who possesses a deep understanding of operational processes and workflows. This role offers an opportunity to significantly contribute to the team's success and client satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

Private Equity & Subscription Support

  • Prefill and manage subscription documents across a variety of private equity fund structures; ensure accuracy and completeness prior to submission

  • Track capital calls, distributions, and fund-related deadlines

  • Serve as a primary interface with clients specifically for subscription document preparation, follow-up, and execution

  • Liaise with Private Equity IR, AML, Portfolio Managers, and Operations to facilitate fund onboarding and ongoing account activity

Client Documentation & Communication

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain client-facing and internal documentation with a high degree of attention to detail

  • Communicate proactively with international clients regarding document requirements, account updates, statements, wires, and performance reporting

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients externally and key internal partners (Operations, Compliance, IR, etc.)

  • Coordinate client meetings on behalf of Wealth Advisor, including scheduling across international time zones

Travel & Expense Management

  • Coordinate all travel arrangements for Wealth Advisor, with a focus on international logistics

  • Accurately process and track expense reports in a timely manner

Account Operations & Maintenance

  • Handle account maintenance including disbursements, wire transfers, ACATS/DTC transfers, name/address changes, charitable gifting, and billing

  • Enter and maintain accurate client records in Salesforce CRM

  • Deliver customized client reports and support performance-related inquiries

  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and supervisory procedures

Experience & Skills Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of proven client service/support or related experience in the financial services industry

  • Undergraduate degree required

  • SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses required

  • Demonstrated experience with client documentation, form completion, and/or subscription documents - private equity experience a strong plus

  • Prior exposure to private equity fund operations, capital call/distribution tracking, or alternative investment platforms preferred

  • Experience working with international clients or across global time zones preferred

  • Flexibility to adjust working hours as needed to support non-U.S. business activity and client time zones

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and prior CRM experience preferred, particularly with Salesforce

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and client servicing abilities

  • Ability to organize, prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and keep the team informed on open items

  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and fast-paced business environment

  • Capable of operating effectively and working under pressure with tight deadlines

  • A proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively

Compensation Details

The salary range for this role is $80,000-$100,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement, life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
