Omaha, NE · Full-time · On-site

We're looking for a Senior Client Service Associate to join a fast-growing, high-performing wealth management advisory team in Omaha, Nebraska. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for someone ready to do more than traditional administrative support — we want a proactive partner who takes ownership, improves workflows, and helps elevate the client experience at every touchpoint.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients — delivering a high-touch, consistent, and professional experience
  • Partner closely with financial planners before and after client meetings to ensure seamless follow-through
  • Own new account paperwork, ACH, RMDs, scheduling, and client communications
  • Manage and optimize CRM workflows in Salesforce and portfolio reporting in Black Diamond
  • Identify and implement process improvements that scale capacity and enhance the client experience
  • Support client portal rollouts and fintech implementation across the team

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience serving wealth management clients in an RIA, bank, or brokerage setting
  • Series 63, Series 7, or Series 65 required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Schwab experience a strong plus
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Black Diamond, Orion/Right Capital, Holistiplan, Calendly, and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong communicator, and a self-starter who sees projects through
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment — energized by growth, not slowed by change

Why this role

  • Be a meaningful contributor to a team with strong leadership and a clear growth vision
  • Long-term career path with increasing responsibility and leadership opportunities
  • Client-centric culture built on quality, integrity, and sustainable growth
