Senior Client Services Representative

This position is primarily responsible for providing exceptional service to clients for all Meeder Investment Management lines of business. The Senior Client Services Representative is an experienced leader within the Client Services team able to provide backup coverage for the department supervisor and assist in the training of new associates. This position will report to the Supervisor of Client Services.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • All responsibilities of the Client Services Representative.
  • Respond professionally and timely to client requests by phone, fax, mail, e-mail, and in-person.
  • Accurate transaction processing, documentation of account activity, and precise record keeping.
  • Quality control processing of department daily work, reporting and projects
  • Effective written and oral communications with internal team members and clients.
  • Respect the confidentiality of client information acting in the best interests of the client.
  • Support technology initiatives of the company by embracing change and educating clients as necessary.
  • Interface with external financial representatives as necessary on behalf of clients.
  • Follow all compliance and SEC regulations related to mutual funds and investment advisory services.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned including special projects with opportunities to cross train in other departments.
  • Ability to be a subject matter expert in account processing and other related processes.
  • Expanded backup duties as assigned.
  • Project management of department and company initiatives.
  • Handling client and system escalation issues as needed.
  • Participate in and encourage initial and ongoing training at department and company levels.

Additional Skills and/or Requirements:
