Job description

Senior Client Service Associate

Lead with purpose. Partner with impact. The Senior Client Service Associate reports to the Operations Manager. Your role will be critical in leveraging the Operations Manager's time as efficiently as possible. You will use your excellent customer service, polished communication, and strong leadership skills to meet the service needs of clients and provide guidance to the service team.

What You'll Do

  • Data entry (Redtail, eMoney, NDEX)
  • Customer service (answering phones, processing and forwarding requests)
  • Account servicing (generating/processing paperwork)
  • Scanning/Filing
  • Check deposit and daily blotters
  • Preparing mailings to clients
  • Calendar management for top level executives

What You Bring

  • High school diploma required.
  • Client services experience required. Min 5 years of experience.
  • Financial advisory industry experience required. Min 5 years of experience.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Exhibit professional phone demeanor
  • Individual must also possess good organizational skills, efficiency skills, and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail
  • Commitment to professionalism, accountability, customer focus, and teamwork
  • Understanding and evaluating complex client processes through critical thinking
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and proficiency with using Microsoft Excel to generate reports and perform data analysis is required.
