Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communicate a thorough understanding of company products and consumer debt relief options with a consultative tone.
  • Handle a high-volume of client interactions while maintaining professionalism and urgency.
  • Professionally handle incoming client requests, collaborating with Senior Client Success Representatives and Supervisors as needed to resolve client issues immediately.
  • Utilize the CRM system to assign, complete, and notate tasks with accurate and complete information.
  • Have an empathetic and client-first mindset in all interactions.

Qualifications

Debt settlement experience not required - we will train the right person.

  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Has the ability to listen, understand a problem, and provide a solution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Educational Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Compensation & Incentives

  • Hourly pay - $16.00 - $17.00 + Commission
