ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Senior Client Delivery Analyst is a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused individual, and requires a seasoned professional with expertise in onboarding fintech clients in the financial services industry. As the Senior Client Delivery Analyst, you will oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices while delivering exceptional client experiences. You will support a team of onboarding specialists, streamline processes, and serve as a key liaison between internal teams and clients during the transition to our platform and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding process for fintech firms, educating and answering their questions, communicating timelines, identifying blockers and escalating with stakeholders when necessary, resulting in quick resolution and absence of ambiguity.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, sales, relationship management, service and the internal onboarding teams so that all stakeholders are aware where new clients are in their onboarding journey.
  • Guide and support clients through the onboarding process utilizing knowledge of firms' expectations for onboarding with new custodians creating trust and confidence with Apex.
  • Liaise with key platform partners (Orion, Advyzon, Docupace, AdvisorArch, etc) on shared onboarding processes eliminating risk and delays for firms as they onboard.
  • Coordinate with the Apex onboarding team, and platform partners' teams, to ensure technical setup is flawless.
  • Develop and maintain an "at-a-glance" dashboard to provide the Onboarding leadership teams with up-to-date information on the onboarding journey of every client.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required
  • 5+ years of experience in client onboarding in a financial services or broker-dealer environments
  • Deep knowledge of fintech firms' onboarding expectations with new custodians and a proven track record of successful firm transitions
  • Experience managing complex projects involving multiple technology vendors
  • FINRA SIE and Series 99 License(s) required (or willingness to obtain);

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading teams is preferred
  • Series 7 preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills - attention to detail is a must
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients and internal teams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical acumen and ability to quickly learn new technologies

Salary Range

$90,640-$113,300

The annual base salary range for this position is noted above. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and office location.
