Job description

Provides advanced client support and serves as a resource for junior associates. This role handles complex service needs, supports client presentations, and may lead specialized tasks or act as a team lead or subject-matter resource.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to:

  • Provides advanced operational and client support across complex lifecycle needs, including renewals, client presentations, and carrier coordination of materials & contracts.
  • Responds to escalated client questions and service issues with confidence, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Supports COBRA administration and specialized, needs-based client projects as assigned by market or team leadership.
  • Coordinates and oversees work performed by junior associates, providing guidance, mentoring, and quality review.
  • Contributes to process improvement efforts and helps maintain quality, consistency, and service standards across the team.
Key strengths and traits include but are not limited to:

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years relevant experience
  • Technical application skills: OE guide applications
  • Advanced understanding of client lifecycle
  • Life & Health License: Take and pass Life & Health License within timing necessary for state requirements

$65,000-$75,000 USD
