Job Summary & Introduction
I'm recruiting for an established, employee-owned wealth management firm seeking a Senior Client Service Associate to join a collaborative team supporting experienced Financial Advisors and High Net Worth clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building client relationships, managing complex account activity, and serving as a trusted operational partner within a sophisticated wealth management practice.
This position offers direct exposure to High Net Worth clients, a team-oriented culture, strong long-term career growth, and a competitive compensation package.
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Financial Advisors or Wealth Management professionals
  • Experience working with High Net Worth client relationships
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred
  • Experience with account opening, maintenance, and client onboarding
  • Knowledge of asset movement processing including wires, journals, and EFTs
  • Familiarity with estates and trust account administration preferred
  • Experience using CRM and wealth management technology platforms
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, client-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Detailed Job Description
As the primary operational support partner to a team of Financial Advisors, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional client experience while ensuring the efficient day-to-day administration of client relationships.
Responsibilities include coordinating client onboarding, preparing new account documentation, maintaining account records, processing asset transfers, supporting billing and reporting activities, resolving client service requests, and assisting with tax-related documentation. You will also maintain accurate client records within the firm's CRM, prepare operational documentation, review exception reports, coordinate with internal departments on compliance and operational matters, and assist with trade execution and trade corrections when appropriate.
The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and service-oriented with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment supporting High Net Worth clients. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a high level of client service.
Compensation
  • Base salary of $75,000 to $95,000, plus a cash bonus.
