Position Overview - We are seeking a Director of Marketing & Operations to play a critical role in the continued growth and evolution of our firm. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing independent wealth management practice in a highly visible position that sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, advisor support, and business optimization.


This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys building structure, improving processes, and driving meaningful impact across multiple areas of a business. While marketing and growth initiatives will serve as a primary focus of the role, this individual will also help enhance operational efficiency, support internal workflows, streamline processes, and improve the overall client and advisor experience across the firm.


The ideal candidate is not someone who simply executes assigned tasks, but rather a highly resourceful self-starter who naturally identifies opportunities for improvement, takes ownership without needing constant direction, and enjoys helping a growing organization operate more effectively.

Role & Responsibilities

Success in this role will require a strong balance of creativity, organization, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and operational mindset.


Marketing & Brand Growth

Develop and execute ongoing marketing initiatives designed to enhance advisor visibility, strengthen brand presence, and support firm growth

Create and manage client-facing communications including email newsletters, educational materials, event promotions, and advisor updates

Lead social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn and other digital platforms, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking

Support video content development and editing, including advisor messaging, thought leadership content, and short-form digital media

Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives from concept through execution across digital, email, and client outreach channels

Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and overall client experience across all communications and platforms

Track engagement analytics and marketing performance metrics, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and increased reach


Operational Support

Support day-to-day wealth management operations, including client onboarding workflows and account maintenance processes

Assist in improving and documenting internal processes and workflows

Coordinate with advisors and client service teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests

Assist in documenting, refining, and standardizing internal workflows, procedures, and best practices

Support integration of new clients, households, or advisor relationships

Help identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements

Serve as a key resource in helping improve firm-wide organization, workflow management, and operational efficiency


Administrative & Client Support

Provide high-level administrative support to advisors and operations team

Manage inbox organization, scheduling support, and client follow-ups as needed

Assist with client service requests and ensure timely resolution

Serve as a point of coordination for internal team communication and task tracking

Support special projects and firm initiatives as assigned

Requirements

What We're Looking For

3-4+ years of experience in marketing, operations, and administrative support, ideally within financial services, wealth management, or a similar professional services environment

Demonstrated experience supporting successful marketing initiatives including email campaigns, newsletters, social media management, content creation, and/or video coordination and editing

Comfortable managing both creative marketing work and structured operational tasks

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of projects
