And we're looking for an awesome Senior Marketing Manager to join our Florida-based corporate team and help make those moments happen across our resort properties in Florida & Colorado.

From beachside hangs to mountain escapes, you'll help shape how guests discover, book, and experience our brands,all while making sure our marketing dollars work as hard as we do. This is a hands-on, commercially minded leadership role for someone who loves building, testing, optimizing, and occasionally saying, "Yeah, we can do better than that."

Here's What You'll Be Up To:
  • Own the marketing strategy and full marketing budget across our brands and properties, including paid media, creative, content, CRM and marketing technology, agencies, and property-level marketing support.
  • Build annual marketing plans and budgets,monitorperformance, reforecast throughout the year, and move investment toward what is delivering meaningful results.
  • Help grow direct bookings and reduce reliance on third-party channels while staying aligned with revenue and pricing strategies.
  • Lead paid search, Performance Max, paid social, metasearch, and other digital acquisition efforts across the portfolio.
  • Manage our digital agency and external partners, setting clear expectations, reviewing performance, and making thoughtful decisions about scope, investment, and partnerships.
  • Build and grow a meaningful CRM and lifecycle marketing program across key audiences, including owners, past guests, abandoned bookings, and guests throughout their travel journey.
  • Own website conversion strategy, including landing pages, property pages, booking paths, rate presentation, mobile experience, SEO, and ongoing testing.
  • Develop and manage organic social media strategies, content calendars, community engagement, and creator or UGC partnerships across brands and properties.
  • Build promotional calendars and demand-generation campaigns in partnership with Revenue Management, especially during periods when business needs an extra boost.
  • Lead, develop, and support a marketing team while creating clear goals, priorities, accountability, and opportunities for growth.
  • Partner closely with Revenue Management, Property General Managers, Finance, and Commercial leadership to connect marketing activity withreal businessneeds.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance using metrics such as ROAS, cost of sale, CPA, conversion rate, channel contribution, and revenue impact.
  • Make smart calls about where to invest, what to improve, and whenit'stime to stop spending on something that simplyisn'tpulling its weight.
  • You have 7+ years of marketing experience, including significant experience owning and managing a full marketing budget of $300K+ annually.
  • You've built marketing budgets, made investment decisions, partnered with Finance, and taken accountability for the business results behind those decisions.
  • You have experience owning revenue, channel contribution, or other meaningful commercial performance targets—not just campaign activity metrics.
  • You've successfully managed external agencies and vendors, including defining scope, setting expectations, evaluating performance, and making decisions about renewals or changes.
  • You've built or significantly developed a segmented CRM or lifecycle marketing program and understand how to measure its contribution to the business.
  • You have hands-on experience improving website conversion and running structured testing programs that turn data and insights into action.
  • You're comfortable analyzing performance and making decisions using metrics such as ROAS, CPA, cost of sale, conversion rate, and channel contribution.
  • You understand the connection between marketing and commercial performance and can confidently work with concepts such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, channel mix, and customer acquisition costs.
  • You have experience leading and developing a marketing team, including setting goals, providing feedback, supporting growth, and participating in hiring.
  • You'recomfortable staying hands-on.You'lllead the strategy, butyou'realso happy getting into the platforms, data, campaigns, and content when needed.
  • You have experience working with tools such as Google Ads, Meta, GA4, CRM or email service platforms, CMS platforms, and advanced spreadsheets .
Bonus Points If:
  • You've worked in hospitality, resorts, travel, or another multi-location or multi-brand environment.
  • You're familiar with hotel commercial systems, including booking engines, PMS platforms, channel managers, revenue management systems, or hotel digital reporting.
  • You've managed marketing across locations with different markets, seasonality, guest profiles, and competitive landscapes.
  • You understand OTA economics and the balance between direct bookings and third-party distribution.
