Job description

Feld Entertainment seeks a dynamic, collaborative, and strategic Senior Manager to lead our YouTube efforts across all brands. This role will serve as the central point of coordination for all YouTube activities, ensuring alignment, consistency and growth across multiple channels and teams. The Senior Manager will work closely with internal cross functional teams and external partners to execute a unified YouTube vision that drives audience engagement, optimizes content performance and maximizes revenue. Essential Job FunctionsStrategic Leadership & Coordination
  • Serve as the primary architect and coordinator of Feld Entertainment’s YouTube strategy, aligning efforts across Monster Jam, SMX, Ringling, Disney On Ice, and future channels.
  • Develop and execute YouTube strategies across Feld Entertainment brands, in alignment with broader Digital objectives and brand priorities.
  • Coordinate YouTube activities across Monster Jam, SMX, Ringling, Disney On Ice and future channels, ensuring consistent best practices, publishing cadence and channel growth.
  • Develop and maintain cross-brand programming schedules, ensuring consistent publishing cadence, seasonal planning, and series rollouts.
  • Facilitate collaboration among internal teams (Digital Marketing, Creative Services, Integrated Marketing, Media Monetization, Public Relations, etc.) and external agencies/partners.
  • Lead regular cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment, share best practices, and resolve operational challenges.
Channel & Content Management
  • Coordinate the creation, customization, and optimization of all YouTube channels, including new launches (e.g., Kids, multi-language, Shorts).
  • Ensure consistent branding, metadata optimization (thumbnails, titles, descriptions, playlists), and merchandising across all channels.
  • Manage content pipeline and facilitate collaboration with content creators, producers, editors, and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Guide the repurposing of content for Shorts, social, and other formats to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance (watch time, views, CTR, retention, subs, traffic sources) and drive continuous improvement and content innovation through data-driven insights.
Community & Collaboration
  • Foster active engagement with YouTube communities through comments, Community tab posts, polls, and creator/fan interactions.
  • Help monitor collaboration hit list, identifying and pursuing partnership opportunities with relevant YouTube creators and influencers.
  • Develop and oversee community engagement strategies that strengthen audience relationships, encourage participation, and provide actionable insights to inform content and programming decisions.
Revenue & Monetization
  • Partner with Media Monetization to identify opportunities to improve YouTube revenue performance, including channel optimization, content packaging, sponsorship opportunities and emerging monetization capabilities.
  • Support evaluation and implementation of new YouTube monetization opportunities, including YouTube Select, BrandConnect, licensing and other emerging revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Media Monetization and external partners to maximize revenue streams and protect IP.
Operational Excellence
  • Standardize channel access, permissions, and contributor roles to ensure security and clarity.
  • Document and streamline workflows for content review, asset creation, and publishing.
  • Stay current on YouTube platform changes, trends, and best practices; educate and upskill internal teams as needed.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media, social media, video platforms, or YouTube, with demonstrated experience managing and optimizing YouTube channels.
  • Thorough understanding of YouTube platform, best practices, and culture.
  • Demonstrated success growing YouTube channels and using platform analytics to improve content performance.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana to track workflows, deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of YouTube analytics, SEO, monetization models, and community engagement.
  • Experience working with creative, marketing, and analytics teams; agency/consultant management a plus.
