Position Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Direct-to-Consumer Marketing Expert to lead and execute strategies that drive online sales, customer retention, and brand growth. This individual will “own the work” — building campaigns, optimizing digital performance, and directing contractors or partners when needed.

The ideal candidate is strategic yet tactical, thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and is internally motivated to achieve measurable success.


Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
  • E-commerce Strategy & Execution
    1. Manage and optimize the company’s Shopify websites for conversion, performance, and user experience.
    2. Lead A/B and split testing across website and ad assets to improve KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CAC, etc.).
  • Digital Advertising
    1. Develop and manage ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other paid media platforms.
    2. Analyze performance data and continuously refine audience targeting, creative, and spend allocation.
  • Email & CRM Marketing
    1. Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns using Klaviyo or HubSpot to drive engagement, repeat purchase, and LTV.
    2. Develop segmented automations, flows, and personalized content that deliver measurable results.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    1. Track, analyze, and report on all key performance metrics for DTC initiatives.
    2. Present data-driven insights to leadership and recommend optimizations.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
    1. Work alongside the marketing team, product managers, and creative team to align campaigns with brand goals.
    2. Direct and mentor contractors, freelancers, or agencies as needed to ensure excellence in execution.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience managing Shopify DTC stores.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo or HubSpot for email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and Google tools (Analytics, Tag Manager).
  • Strong understanding of split testing, conversion optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Ideally, experience with influencer marketing and managing content usage rights.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
