Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: Irvine, California
Type: Contract
Compensation: Pay Rate: $51.61 per Hour
Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 40.0
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Gather and translate business requirements into effective data visualizations.
• Develop and optimize data models, measures, and calculations using DAX.
• Connect Power BI to multiple data sources and ensure data accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and recommend visualization solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve dashboard performance and data issues.
• Follow BI development standards and best practices for dashboard design and governance.
• Support enhancements and ongoing maintenance of existing Power BI solutions.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX.
• Experience connecting Power BI to SQL databases, cloud data sources, and enterprise systems.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data.
• Experience with Power Query (M) and ETL concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a consulting environment.
