In this role, you will be responsible for yield modeling, process integration, and data-driven analysis to strengthen the competitiveness of Si and SiC-based products.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Experience in semiconductor product development and/or semiconductor process technology development.
  • Strong expertise in Process Integration.
  • Experience in yield analysis and yield improvement activities.
  • Understanding of Power Discrete Devices (Si and SiC experience preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience driving data analysis and automation-based yield improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Power MOSFET process and/or device technologies.
  • Experience in defect analysis and reliability evaluation.
  • Experience in data analytics, statistical methodologies, and AI-based defect analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead yield improvement activities for Power Discrete Devices (Si and SiC).
  • Establish yield models and identify key factors affecting yield performance.
  • Perform yield loss analysis and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with Process, Device, and Equipment teams to drive improvement activities.
  • Improve yield and product performance through Process Integration optimization.
  • Develop and maintain yield monitoring and reporting systems.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and technology development activities.
  • Drive yield improvement initiatives through data analysis and automation.
