We are looking for an Application Support Engineer / .NET + React Developer to join our engineering team in Tampa, Florida. This is a Work from Office role combining application support, backend development, troubleshooting, business analysis, and client engagement.
The primary responsibility will be supporting multiple business-critical applications, while also contributing to the development and enhancement of designated applications. Key Responsibilities
  • Application Support & Troubleshooting
  •  Provide technical support for multiple applications across UAT, and production environments.
  •  Investigate and resolve application incidents, defects, and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot issues across .NET applications, APIs, databases, integrations, and application logs.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes or appropriate workarounds.
  • Monitor recurring issues and proactively identify opportunities for application improvement.
  • Support production releases, deployments, and post-release validation.
  •  Prioritize and manage multiple incidents based on business impact and severity.
  •  Maintain technical documentation and knowledge-based articles

Backend Development
  •  Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and .NET / .NET Core.
