POSITION DESCRIPTION: 

Axia by Qcells is seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to oversee and manage complex project activities across our organization. In this pivotal role, the Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for refining project strategies, optimizing processes, and ensuring the seamless execution of a portfolio of projects. You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans encompassing resources, timelines, and financial allocations while delivering five-star customer experience.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced project management skills, a keen ability to navigate and resolve high-level challenges, a talent for maintaining meticulous attention to detail across broad scopes and providing delightful customer interactions and service.  Your goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and of exceptional quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee a pipeline of projects from sale to permission to operate and beyond with abundant communication, effectiveness, and providing amazing stakeholder experience, while working well cross functionally.
  • Break complex projects into manageable actions, establish timeframes, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for all project-related communications, managing relationships with clients and stakeholders to gather detailed project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Coordinate with departments to allocate necessary resources and personnel, ensuring optimal project utilization and world-class customer experience.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans. Elevate risk management strategies to safeguard project outcomes.
  • Continuously monitor project progress against goals, adapting plans and strategies to address challenges and blockages as they arise.
  • Mentor and support project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and enhancing team capabilities.
  • Review and approve all project-related legal documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Maintain and enhance comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all details are accurately captured and readily accessible.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • H.S. Diploma + 3-5 years (or a bachelor's degree + 1-3 years) of a proven track record as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role, including managing complex projects from inception to completion, ideally in the retrofit residential PV + ESS renewable energy sector
  • 2+ years of demonstrated expertise in developing detailed project plans using various methodologies. Ability to interpret complex flowcharts, schedules, and action plans.
  • 2+ years of experience demonstrating excellent leadership and customer experience enhancing skills, capable of guiding peers and influencing senior-level management and stakeholders to drive positive business outcomes and unparalleled customer experience.
  • Exceptional prioritization and time-management abilities, focusing on delivering high-quality positive impact.
  • Strong capabilities in client-facing situations and teamwork; adept at negotiating, navigating ambiguity, resolving conflicts, and solving ambiguous challenges.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced project management tools (e.g., enterprise-level CRMs) and quality assurance and risk management familiarity.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is strongly preferred.
