Welcome to Hemet Hills Post Acute, our newly acquired skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Hemet, CA. With 178 beds and a mission to provide exceptional care for both short- and long-term patients, we are building something special-and we'd love for you to be a part of it.

Your Role as an Activities Aide
As an Activities Aide, you will help create meaningful moments and enriching experiences for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized in-room activities such as music, reading, and creative projects for bed-bound residents
  • Assisting with the development of our monthly activity calendar
