We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and organized individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others. As an Activities Assistant, you'll support the development and implementation of activity programs tailored to the interests and needs of participants, ensuring a fulfilling and enjoyable experience for all.

**Key Responsibilities: **

- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of activities, events, and programs that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
- Interact with participants to encourage involvement and promote a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment during activities, ensuring the well-being of all participants.
- Support the development of new activity ideas and concepts, incorporating feedback and suggestions from participants.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain activity supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good condition and accessible.
- Collaborate with staff members to evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Provide support and assistance during special events and outings, as needed.
