Senior Accounting Clerk
  • Supports financial departments by processing, verifying, and reconciling daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and expense data. They maintain accurate, up-to-date, and organized records in the general ledger, often requiring proficiency in Excel and accounting software. The role requires high attention to detail for handling data entry and supporting month-end closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Processing invoices, payments, and expense data.
  • Reconciliation: Reconciling vendor statements, bank accounts, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Data Entry: Posting daily transactions, such as receipts and payments, to the general ledger.
  • Record Maintenance: Organizing and maintaining financial records, filing systems, and documentation.
  • Month-End Support: Assisting with preparation of financial statements and reports.
