Job description

Our mission at Greenhouse is to make hiring work for everyone - so we go to great lengths to hire great people because we believe that they're the foundation of our success. At Greenhouse, you'll join a team that collaborates purposefully, fosters inclusivity, and communicates with transparency and accountability so we can achieve our mission.
Join us to do the best work of your career, solving meaningful problems with remarkable teams.
Greenhouse is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Consulting to join our team!
As a part of the Professional Services organization, you will own the technical delivery and strategic direction of the Technical Consulting practice. Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, you will manage a highly technical team and guide our transition from purely consulting to designing, hosting, and maintaining bespoke integrations across our global customer base.
In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for building and scaling a team capable of handling complex integrations while establishing technical standards and best practices. You will also champion our AI transformation, embedding tools like Claude into daily workflows to increase efficiency, streamline administrative work, and accelerate the development of monetizable in-house integrations.
Who will love this job
  • A leader - you carry immediate credibility, cultivate winning teams, and thrive when managing a diverse technical group of both junior and senior direct reports
  • An innovator - you invent the future by driving AI adoption and re-envisioning how integrations are built and monetized
  • A problem-solver - you make good decisions fast and can easily manage deep technical escalations without needing to pull in engineering for every issue
  • A collaborator - you build alignment across diverse groups, including partners, customers, and internal product teams
What you'll do
  • Lead and scale a Technical Consulting team responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex integrations using iPaaS tools like Workato and Kombo
  • Drive AI adoption across the team to automate workflows, increase efficiency, and keep up with customer demand
  • Establish technical standards, best practices, and guide the team's build-versus-buy and partner-versus-internal decisions
  • Develop the team's technical bench and oversee SI onboarding and certification to ensure high-quality standards regardless of who is building the integration
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on connector roadmaps and technical feasibility for custom builds
  • Partner with Pre and Post-sales teams (AE/AM) to scope integrations work for new and existing business
  • Manage deep technical escalations, quickly de-escalating friction for customers and partners
  • Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require
You should have
  • 7+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integrations-focused implementation roles in a B2B SaaS environment
  • 3+ years in a people management
  • Hands-on experience architecting and/or overseeing integrations using iPaaS tools (Workato, Kombo, or similar)
  • A track record of shipping integrations at scale, rather than just one-off custom builds
  • Demonstrated proficiency in driving AI adoption to automate workflows and create an environment of experimentation
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field, a plus
  • Your own unique talents! Your background has given you a unique perspective and set of transferable skills that aren't always in alignment with a given role - but those are qualities we value at Greenhouse. If you don't meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, we still strongly encourage you to apply

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
If you are based in California, we encourage you to read this important information for California residents linked here.
The national pay range for this role is $128,300 - $168,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
Greenhouse provides a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, mental health resources, financial wellness benefits, and a fully paid parental leave program. For US-based employees, we offer short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and company match. U.S. based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 14 scheduled paid holidays and up to 80 hours of paid sick leave. Non-exempt employees accrue up to 20-25 days of paid vacation time annually, depending on tenure, and exempt employees have flexible paid time off (PTO).
The anticipated closing date for this role is August 28th, 2026.
