This is a full-time, on-site position based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida


Are you a detail-oriented and process-driven go-getter? Do you thrive in a challenging, fast-paced, corporate team environment?


As our new Seminar Scheduler, you'll play a key role in driving the success of our nationwide seminar program. Working closely with our corporate marketing and sales teams, you'll coordinate venue scheduling, monitor seminar capacity, and help ensure smooth execution across a high-volume national seminar calendar.


Compensation: $23.00 per hour for 40 hours per week, plus benefits.
Location: 1901 West Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309.
Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM -- 5:30 PM.

What You Will Do

Reporting to the Seminar Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing a nationwide seminar venue database to identify viable restaurant options based on market and scheduling needs.
  • Coordinating seminar bookings with restaurants based on the Sales team's schedule and operational requirements.ย 
  • Confirming reservations, guest counts, and restaurant details to support successful seminar execution.ย 
  • Coordinating with restaurants to create seminar menus.
  • Monitoring seminar capacity and coordinating adjustments or additional seminars when needed.


What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage calendars, schedules, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience in scheduling, coordination, administrative support, or other workflow-driven environments preferred, including familiarity with project or work management platforms such as Wrike.
