Job description

We are seeking an experienced ATE Technician to support semiconductor test and validation activities in a production and lab environment. The role involves hands-on work with Automated Test Equipment (ATE), load boards, device interface hardware, and test systems to ensure smooth operations and high equipment uptime.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day operation of Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
  • Assist with tester setup, docking/undocking, and hardware alignment
  • Install and validate Load Boards and Device Interface Boards (DIBs)
  • Perform continuity and isolation testing on test interfaces
  • Troubleshoot load boards, sockets, and interface hardware issues
  • Support preventive maintenance, calibration, and equipment diagnostics
  • Load and execute test programs under engineering guidance
  • Document maintenance activities and troubleshooting results
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendors for issue resolution
Required Experience & Skills
  • Experience in semiconductor test or ATE environments
  • Hands-on experience with ATE systems, load boards, DIBs, and test sockets
  • Knowledge of semiconductor handlers and test interfaces
  • Experience with continuity/isolation testing and hardware troubleshooting
  • Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work onsite in a lab or manufacturing environment
