To support our growing business, Sharp Electronics is looking for a Selling Sales Manager to increase sales in our Business Systems division. We are currently hiring for opportunities in our Falls Church area sales office.

As the Selling Sales Manager, you are the driving force behind our sales team, ensuring both you and your team surpass targets and deliver exceptional results through your individual and team sales efforts. Your primary responsibility is to set up and achieve individual and team sales quotas, while also collaborating with the leadership team to execute winning business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Sales Account Executives to exceed revenue targets.
• Recruit top talent, provide comprehensive training, and foster continuous development within the sales team.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to perfect performance and achieve sales quotas.
• Set clear and aggressive personal contribution targets to drive individual success.
• Establish a rigorous weekly pipeline cadence to drive accountability and execution of daily sales activities.
• Partner with branch specialists and service technicians to ensure unparalleled client satisfaction.

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Associates degree desired.
  • 3-5 years of relentless B2B sales experience in the technology sector.
  • Mastery of MS Office applications and virtual meeting platforms to help assertive sales discussions.
  • Ability with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems, enabling assertive management of sales activities and pipelines.
  • Possession of a valid US driver's license and dependable transportation, essential for achieving ambitious sales goals.
  • Experience selling document technology services and solutions preferred.
  • Demonstrated enterprise selling skills at senior levels, engaging with key decision-makers (C-level corporate managers).

The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location.
