Job description

Select Property Management in Roseville is looking for a tech savvy, detail-oriented candidate capable of working independently to complete a high volume of tasks accurately and timely while providing exceptional customer service.

Starting Wage: $25.00 per hour to $27.00 per hour plus bonuses based upon education, experience, and qualifications. All CE classes and license renewal fees are reimbursable.


Status: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.


What you would be doing in this role:

· Conducting property tours and inspections

· Maintenance coordination

· Tenant and owner relations

· Qualifying tenants

· Marketing for new properties

· Advertising vacancies

· Performing data entry and file management tasks

· Maintaining positive relationships and communication with team members and company departments


What we’d like you to bring:

· Associate degree or equivalent education and/or work experience.

· Recent Property Management experience.

· Experience in apartment and single-family home management.

· Current California Real Estate license.

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Effective written, verbal and listening communications skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes while meeting deadlines.

· Exceptional analytical & problem-solving abilities.

· Solid attendance history and a dedication to continuous employment.

· Positive & productive attitude.

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

· Professional dress & demeanor.

· Intermediate knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office products (including Outlook, Word, and Excel).

· Appfolio software experience helpful.
